- About TechFront 2025 at ROSHNAAS 2025:
TechFront 2025 is an integral part of ROSHNAAS 2025: The Annual Tech Fest, hosted by the Institute of Technology, University of Kashmir. Following the immense success of ROSHNAAS 2022, ROSHNAAS 2025 promises to be a groundbreaking event, bringing together top minds from across the country.
As a premier conference within this three-day celebration of engineering, innovation, and creativity, TechFront 2025 will focus on the latest advancements in engineering, technology design, AI, embedded systems, sustainable energy solutions, and smart infrastructure. The conference offers a unique platform for researchers, innovators, and professionals to present their work, share ideas, and engage in discussions that will shape the future of engineering and technology.
We invite researchers, engineers, and technologists to submit full papers on the following core themes:

1. Innovations in Electronics, Embedded Systems, and Communication Engineering
This theme will focus on next-generation communication systems, embedded technologies, and the role of these innovations in the Internet of Things (IoT). Topics include:

4. Mechanical and Civil Engineering for a Smart, Resilient Future
This theme will cover the role of mechanical and civil engineering innovations in building adaptive and sustainable infrastructure. Topics include:
- Advanced Manufacturing and Automation in Mechanical Engineering
- Robotics and Mechatronics in Modern Engineering Systems
- Civil Engineering for Smart Infrastructure and Resilient Cities
- Sustainable Construction Materials and Green Engineering Practices
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Abstract Submission: Authors are invited to submit an abstract of 300-500 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, key findings, and relevance of their work, aligned with one of the sub-themes listed above. Abstracts must be original and should not have been presented or published previously.
- Abstract Format: Abstracts should be submitted in Word or PDF format, adhering to standard formatting conventions (A4 size, 12pt font, Times New Roman).
- Author Information: Please include all authors’ names, affiliations, and contact details. Indicate the corresponding author.
- Keywords: Include up to 5 relevant keywords to categorize your submission.
- Presentation Formats: Abstracts are welcome for oral presentations or poster sessions. Please specify your preferred presentation format when submitting the abstract.
- Review Process: All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the conference committee. Authors will be notified of acceptance by April 1, 2025.
- Final Paper Submission: Selected authors of accepted and presented abstracts will be invited to submit full papers after the conference for publication in the forthcoming Journal of the Institute, for which separate guidelines will be provided.

- Abstract Submission Deadline: March 15, 2025 (Kindly note that no requests for extension in abstract submission deadline shall be entertained)
- Notification of Acceptance: March 30, 2025
- Conference Date: April 10, 2025
- Registration Fees: Rs 500 for Students & Scholars of any institution, Rs 700 for Faculty of the University of Kashmir, and Rs. 1000 for faculty of o1ther Institutions and professionals.
